All Röndell products are made from high-quality materials using the very latest technologies. Every item undergoes several stages of control before becoming part of your kitchen.
Provided the item is used correctly, Röndell offers the following guarantee for the cookware materials from the date of purchase:
· Stainless steel cookware – 25 years;
· Bakelite and silicone accessories – 3 years;
· Aluminium – 2 years.
Conditions for consideration of claims: receipt of purchase and guarantee slip kept for duration of service period. The guarantee for Röndell cookware is valid from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects: chips, dents, cracks, etc.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper usage:
· overheating
· dropping
· deliberate breakage
The guarantee also does not cover natural changes to the external properties of an item as a result of usage:
· mechanical damage to the outer or inter surface (scratches, worn spots, etc.)
· natural changes to the colour of the metal *
· blemishes, limescale stains, etc.
A gold or blue tint arising as a result of excessive overheating of the cookware or preparation of several products (tomatoes, lemons, vegetables, pickles, etc.) is characteristic for cookware made of stainless steel and in no way affects the functional properties of the cookware or the quality of the prepared food. Such stains can be removed using special detergents to clean stainless steel
